01Public Beta & Preview Environment Disclaimer
SilkRoadCRM testing and preview environments are provided “as-is” so users can evaluate lead capture features. Features, availability, and performance may change during the public beta.
During beta preview testing, do not store sensitive personal financial details or restricted trade secrets in the service.
02Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Trade show lead data, buyer inquiry data, product offers, and pricing spreadsheets that you capture or upload into SilkRoadCRM remain your strict property. This confidentiality commitment is mutual: each party will treat the other party’s non-public information shared through the service as confidential.
SilkRoadCRM / Gradagig will not sell, rent, index, or share captured lead information with third parties.
03Token Use, Rollover & Billing Policy
Tokens purchased are non-refundable once consumed. Unused tokens roll over indefinitely and do not expire at the end of billing cycles.
One token is deducted per unique lead successfully parsed and stored.
04Data Privacy & Compliance (GDPR / CAN-SPAM)
You are responsible for ensuring that trade show attendees consent to receiving follow-up communications, in accordance with applicable local event rules and privacy regulations.
