We are NOT greedy - our goal is to create opportunities providing dignified Knowledge Based Work for Persons with Disabilities who are otherwise socially excluded. Our other goal is to improve confidence among young students who are struggling with exorbitant tuition fees debt (US alone Student Debt is 1.6+ Trillion Dollars) and do not have Job Security with so many large scale layoffs as well as technology disruptions (AI/ML/Robotic) and political uncertainties (Immigration and tariffs). The third goal is to engage with Carers who left the IT Career due to family challenges of caring for young or old, to be able to contribute at thier own pace.

If you are a student enrolled in university in the United States of America in the current year, having quality coding skills and can keep up time, and can spare a minimum of 20 hours a month to deliver short software project gigs at your own pace mutually agreed terms, register with us. Please note depending on your skill level and available projects, we will try our best to offer gigs. If you do not hear from us within 4 weeks, your profile will be kept for future opportunities. For now this opportunity is offered ONLY in USA, we may extend to other countries in the future.

After contacting 200+ Corporate HR/Law Firms , till date I have not been able to get them any sustainable work from home jobs. 

Constraints are they prefer not go to an office (stressful), they can only work for 2 to 4 hours (upto individual to decide) (Some give excuse as a Risk (fear cannot terminate once engaged,  some give excuse  Employee Insurance cannot be arranged, some give excuse no experience, some expect to work long hours - if there is a will there is a way - just lack the Willingness to try - how can some one get 'experience' if no one want to coach? By NOT employing them, only the Corporates are losers of Loyal Intelligent Dedicated employees .

Social Challenge of Speech/Hearing Impairment

Problem Statement

30 million Children have severe Speech and Hearing impairment globally and 80% of them do not get access to quality education. Only 2% can learn Sign Language. There 300+ different Sign Languages with 5,000 to 200,000 vocabularies. Not sure how the  Language (Mother Tongue), Environment, Culture affect the learning. 


There are many AI/Computer VIsion research going on for many years. But not much adoption in the mainstream community especially in low income countries where the problem is acute.  Some Research estimate an USD980bn economic loss (cost) to the society (2019 estimate). WHO estimates 700 million persons will be affected by 2050. 


As per CUHK report , Speech therapists are in short supply globally. In the US the ratio of speech therapists to population is 1:2,290.  In Hong Kong, the ratio is 1:20,000. In mainland China, it is 1:1.3 million.

Our research is to make a small dent and how we can add value to this huge problem.  This requires real life data collection, applying AI/Machine Learning to categorize and pave way for an inclusive society.

It all started in 1991 with Roger (at age 27) started the Entrepreneurial journey with COSMIC. He did not know PC programming, he had no Business experience, he had no Accounting knowledge, yet he learnt programming, he acquired accounting knowledge, and after over 7 months of hearing only 'No's grew from 

home office to 40+ people organization and

 first Million Dollar project in 1998. 

He sold that business to then NYSE listed Silverline Technologies in 2000.
